ASICS and Kiko Kostadinov have teamed up once again to introduce a new sneaker called the GEL-FLAMMAE. This collaboration, designed for women, draws inspiration from the GEL-Wahine II and the GEL-NETBURNER IGS II models, incorporating classic ASICS stripes and lacing track elements.

The GEL-FLAMMAE sneakers feature the GEL-KIRIL tooling model, showcasing a unique floral traction pattern on the rubber toecap. They are equipped with FLYTEFOAM PROPEL cushioning for enhanced aerodynamics and come in subtle pearlescent hues. The ASICS GEL cushioning is seamlessly integrated into the midsole, while the AHARPLUS heel plug ensures long-lasting durability. These sneakers are available in two colorways: “Gunmetal” and “Mako Blue.”

This collaboration is a nod to the world of netball, catering to players of all ages and skill levels. The campaign for the GEL-FLAMMAE sneakers, shot by photographer Rosie Marks in Australia, captures the essence of team sports and community spirit, evoking a sense of nostalgia.

The GEL-FLAMMAE sneakers are set to be released on July 19 through ASICS SportStyle and select retailers. In the realm of footwear, Off-White has also launched a new BRB sneaker that focuses on rest and recovery, offering a fresh perspective on athletic footwear.
