Bears, wolves, and deer — oh gosh!
So, there’s this Belgian zoo that’s like, “Hey, why not let people stay overnight with all the wild animals?” Pairi Daiza, which apparently is really cool, is giving guests the chance to bunk with mammals, birds, and all sorts of critters. Like, can you even imagine waking up next to a walrus, penguin, wolf, or polar bear? Sounds like an interesting way to start your day, right?
Alright, so Pairi Daiza is in Brugelette, Belgium, and they’re letting guests pay a little over $100 a night to stay in rooms and suites where they can be up close and personal with the animals. I mean, who wouldn’t want to wake up next to an adorable penguin, am I right? The resort has these super fancy suites and lodges with giant glass walls so you can watch the animals do their thing. Rates start at $124 a night, which is actually not too bad for a unique experience like this one.
The zoo has over 7,500 animals in different areas, and the resort offers more than 100 rooms with amazing views of these creatures. It’s like a dream come true for animal lovers. Plus, Pairi Daiza is all about conservation and stuff. They’re an Arctic Ambassador for Polar Bears International, which is a non-profit organization focused on protecting polar bears and fighting climate change. So, not only do you get to chill with cool animals, but you’re also supporting a good cause. How awesome is that?
