So & So’s, the newest piano bar and restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, had a star-studded grand opening earlier this month at the Romer Hotel. Singing sensations Darren Criss and Noah Cyrus were in attendance to help kick off the glamorous new establishment.
Guests at the event were treated to a delicious menu curated by Michelin-starred chef Brad Farmerie. From appetizers like Waldorf salad, tuna tartare tacos, and foie gras crème brûlée to main courses like oysters Rockefeller and steak tartare, the food received rave reviews. The Wagyu beef sliders and spicy “Disco Inferno” fries were also crowd favorites. Specialty cocktails, crafted by a former Lady Gaga dancer, added to the chic dining experience.
The entertainment at the event was top-notch, with Darren Criss showcasing his musical talents on stage with his guitar and piano. Noah Cyrus also wowed the audience with her hit song “I Got So High That I Saw Jesus”. The afterparty featured DJ Jordana spinning tunes for late-night revelers. Guests were treated to a dessert bar and some parting gifts as they left for the night.
The opening of So & So’s is sure to make it a future hotspot in Midtown for locals and theater-district regulars. The venue has already planned a series of ticketed dinners and performances called So & So’s Supper Club, starting on Sept. 27 with Broadway star Solea Pfeiffer. You can visit So & So’s now at 302 West 52 Street and make reservations on their website.
Overall, the grand opening of So & So’s was a night to remember, filled with great food, amazing performances, and a lively atmosphere. With its unique offerings and upcoming events, it’s set to become a must-visit destination in Hell’s Kitchen for a diverse range of patrons. Be sure to keep an eye out for more exciting news and updates from So & So’s in the future.
